For #Clover-Latte's event =v= Cecil will cosplay as Reimu Hakurei from Touhou at 4th branch's stand, Magical Clover Cafe~

About the shoes :iconskankyplz: because I am lazy to draw Reimu's actual shoes, so let's say that Cecil can't find Reimu's shoes in every cosplay shop she goes so she use a random shoes that she have :iconlazeplz:
